Comfortable room, although bathroom could have been better - the design of the washbasin was the worst ever. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking very convenient. Would stay again.

If you are in Newcastle, no better hotel to stay
I have stayed here many times as need a central location for business trips, this hotel is perfectly located, many bars and restaurants at walking distance, and have a car park, which is rare, the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly

I can't complain about this hotel as it has everything you need in one place and within easy walking distance to restaurants and bars and retail therapy. Can't fault the staff as they are very helpful with your needs, always with a smile and a warm greeting.

Studio was clean and nicely decorated. The air conditioning was quite noisy so earplugs are needed. As its open plan and the radiators are behind the curtains, it does get a little cold so PJs are also recommended. Great location and nice and secure.
