The hotel cancelled our stay, blaming it on hotels.com. They DID give us a refund, even though it was "cancelled" outside of their window. Basically, piecing together all of the evidence I had, since I had emails and text messages and spoke to the gentleman in our room, he wanted it for longer, so they created a bogus "cancellation" reasons - even though our Hotels.com showed it was still booked - to let the other gentleman have it for longer. I'm sorry to any other non chain hotels, but this hotel left a horrible taste in our mouth and we will NEVER USE anything but chain hotels again. BE VERY WARY OF BOOKING HERE...if they decide they can make more money with someone else, they will cancel your reservation on their own and leave you in a city without a place to stay. Luckily, extendedstay in Louisville on Alliant was WONDERFUL AND I WOULD RECOMMEND EXTENDEDSTAY ON ALLIANT.
