Starting with the booking process, the entire thing was a hassle and definitely not worth the time it took. Upon my arrival I was provided the incorrect door code and had to wait outside my room over 10 minutes prior to gaining access. I was told they would reset my code and then send to me in an email, I never receieved the email. I had to reach out 3 more times to finally get them to reset and send a code. The first reposne I received was that they had a high volume of requests. Funny that my issue was not a priority to them seeing as how I had no access to my room. Finally got the access issue resolved. Not to mention the corridor leading to these rooms was very poorly lit and very unsafe. Once I finally gained entry the room itself was okay, the unit I was in could definitely have used some fresh paint a good carpet cleaning as there were stains everywhere. The bed was okay, not much there as it was a mattress on a cheap stand. They provide ONE towel, while this was communicated in an email prior I assumed there would at least be hand towels or wash rags but no.... one... single... towel.
This property was so bad I had a female employee of mine who had originally booked at the same place get a room elsewhere as this was a safety issue that I was not willing to project upon her. All in all the thought of a full apartment while traveling is nice but that ends there. Put your money somewhere else that cares about their customer's safety.
