My room smelled like cat urine My coffee packets were not replaced The lotion pump was empty (no mini bottles, just refillable Crabtree and Evelyn but really just a bottle of cherry Jergens on the maid’s cart) Very loud due to the openness of all the floors Echoing the entire 7 floors outside the door Loud road traffic as well Had to pay an extra $15 a day to park

They overbooked and had us drive to another Hilton owned hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. It was obvious they were overwhelmed. We were given keys to a room we did not reserve but we were happy to have enough beds for our party size. When we entered the room, there were belongings already inside. That’s when we went back to check in and were told they were overbooked and we would be “walked” to another property. We drove 3 miles plus to that property. It took the nice and helpful check in staff member 20 minutes or so to get us checked in. He had never done this type of transaction on the night shift. Room was accommodating and we were finally in bed at midnight.
