The indoor jacuzzi was not working and that was the main reason I booked this hotel…breakfast was great location nice..HBO was good…service was good but I really wanted a jacuzzi.

I reserved and paid upfront for a single king room two months in advance. I traveled all day and was exhausted upon arriving to the hotel at 10 PM. The lady at the front desk told me that unfortunately my room was no longer available and she “upgraded” the room to a double queen and that was the only option we had. Being exhausted with no where else to go We said okay. We asked when a king room would be available. She said in a few days we will call you and move you to that room. We stayed in that room for three nights until they moved us to a single king room for the last two nights. They did not offer any type of compensation or reimbursement or refund. Also the first day, trying to enjoy our vacation we attempted to go into the pool. It was closed and out of commission. We asked if there was some type of reimbursement we could get because the pool and hot tub were both out of commission and no one told us when we checked in. They said no there’s nothing we can do. We were disappointed yet again. They advertised a pool and yet we couldn’t use it. The pool and hot tub both were out of commission during our entire stay. We saved all year for this trip and were completely dissatisfied. Also I’m concerned I could be charged for other guests possibly damaging a room I was never in for the first three nights because their system shows I was in one room only. When I asked for an itemized receipt for the two different rooms they hand wrote in that I stayed in different rooms.
