Clean and moderately updated, i stayed in a room with two beds, both were clean and comfortable. However sofa bed was very uncomfortable with a thin and mattress where I can feel all the wires. Breakfast had nice options but would recommend adding some toppings for waffles like nuts. I overall enjoyed my stay and would recommend it

The check in was great and the lady was friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. However about fourth of the lights in the room didn’t work. The fridge had a horrible buzzing noise that was so bad I had to unplug it so I could get to sleep. The worst part was the next morning when I woke to find the shower had no pressure and no hot water. Some things I can overlook, not that. When I tried to tell the hotel staff about the issue when checking out he answered a phone mid sentence. I expected he would put the customer on the phone on hold, but he didn’t. Instead he ignored what I had said and dismissed me whispering I could go as he had me all checked out. It’s one thing to have a situation that might be out of control of the hotel staff. It’s a complete other to have them dismiss you as if it is no big deal. I won’t be going back to this hotel.
