We did not have a stove like described and some lights didn’t work. The area was not as described and felt unsafe also had issues with owner communicating. We left after one night and went to a hotel. Our things were filled with ants. Also tried to get a refund for two of 4 nights when we only stayed one but he refused.

Excellent spot!
We really enjoyed staying here. As the other reviews stated parking is tough after 5 but that was the only issue we had. If you are going to New York City or going sight seeing I recommend driving until you get close to where you want to be and find parking then walk. Uber and Lyft are SUPER expensive getting in and out of the city.

Property did exactly what we needed to!! The amenities were above and beyond. The place was very clean, and our stay was very stress free. Everything worked appliance wise (that we tried) and shower had hot water. 4 may get kinda squished but we slept 3 comfortably. Would stay here again for sure.

Only issue I had with this property was the availability with parking. If you did not come up the street at the right time of the day, then you don't get parking. Even the surrounding streets were full. Otherwise, I loved everything about it. It was clean and super nice..

Overall good stay
Overall stay was good. We were there to visit Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown which was only about 30 mins away which was great. Everything was pretty close. The place was very clean and newly refurbished. Extra amenities which were a plus. Only downfall I would say was parking, it was in a city like neighborhood with cars parked on both sides therefore parking was very limited. If staying here I would recommend to uber places and leave car in same place.

Wonderful Stay
My son and I enjoyed our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to the family I was visiting with. Moise was helpful with parking. We would definitely stay again.
