Spend a nice holiday on the North Sea right on the dike with the whole family and dog!

The house itself is located directly on the North Sea dike. It has 112sqm of living space and is divided as follows:
On the ground floor is the living room with a comfortable seating area and a sofa set.
There is also an oven fireplace here, which ensures cozy evenings in front of the fire in cool weather.
Two satellite TV systems including DVD players (one in the living room, the other upstairs)
available.
The exit to the south terrace invites you to sunbathe or have an outdoor breakfast with a view of the
wide fields. In the fitted kitchen there is also a small freezer for a longer stay, as well as a microwave. The guest toilet is also on the ground floor ...
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with two beds, one of which is a double bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and bath.
On the top floor there are two further bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds.
Adjacent to a bedroom is the candlelight room where the sunrise can be wonderfully viewed. In the other bedroom you have a direct view of the North Sea and can watch the beautiful sunset.
A washing machine and dryer are also available.
Not only children but also family dogs are welcome!
In the immediate vicinity there is a restaurant that offers coffee, cake and very good food.

All in all, you can spend a wonderful holiday here!

Christmas Time
We enjoyed a cozy three day stay over the Christmas holidays. A question about internet capable TV was answered quickly. The location was perfect for a long walk in the beautiful expansive North Sea Nature Park. Shopping for the few things we forgot for the Christmas dinner was close by. The wood stove adds warmth and atmosphere to the. Kitchen/living room.

Für eine Stammtischtour Ideal
Ein schönes Haus, alles vorhanden. Wir waren mit 9 Mädels unterwegs. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Das einzige was zu erwähnen ist, das zu den Zimmern im Dachboden die Treppe sehr steil ist. Kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Schöner Kurzurlaub an der Nordsee. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Cuxhaven und dann wieder zurück in der Ruhe hinterm Deich. Das Haus verfügt über alles was man braucht und ist ordentlich und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war freundlich und immer zufriedenstellend. Gerne wieder.

Schönes modernes Haus mit Kamin
Wir waren mit 7 Personen, 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder über Silvester vor Ort. Das Örtchen ist sehr ruhig direkt gelegen, muss man mögen. Für uns war es genau so gewollt. Das Haus ist sauber, aufgeräumt und mit allem ausgestattet was man in der Basis benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und den "Verantwortlichen"vor Ort war immer super, alle erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Eine Empfehlung für alle die mal raus in die Ruhe wollen, aber in Fahrdistanz mit dem Auto auch durchaus was machen wollen. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung.

Unterkunft, Lage wie beschrieben. Leider fand an dem Wochenende eine Veranstaltung (Landjugendfete) in direkter Nähe statt, deshalb bis vier Uhr nachts laute Musik.

Schöner Wochenendaufenthalt mit Familie und Hund
Von der Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Abreise war es ein gelungener Urlaub. Das Haus war für 8 Personen und Hund großzügig ausgelegt und es war alles vorhanden. Die Badezimmer sind scheinbar neu gemacht worden und waren in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Auch die mitbestellte Bettwäsche/Handtücher waren sauber und rochen wie frisch gewaschen. (Das haben wir auch schon anders erlebt). Das Haus liegt direkt am Deich, der Strand ist zwar nicht zu sehen aber fussläufug zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir würden die Wohnung nicht noch einmal mieten
In der Zusammenfassung fällt unsere Bewertung durchaus gemischt aus. Es gab viel positives, eine bestens ausgestattete Küche, saubere und moderne Sanitäreinrichtungen, auf der Terrasse konnten wir gut sitzen, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer soweit o. k. wenngleich auch etwas dunkel. Die Schlafräume im ersten Obergeschoss gehen o. k., die Schlafräume im zweiten Obergeschoss sind nur mit einer gewissen Akrobatik über eine sehr schmale Stiege erreichbar, für einige aus unserer Gruppe nicht machbar. Inwieweit das in der heutigen Zeit überhaupt zulässig ist sei dahingestellt. Das Haus war soweit in den Räumen sauber wenngleich auch in vielen Ecken Spinnen und Spinneweben zu sehen waren.
