Sadly due to my wife being ill we were not able to stay. As the booking was non refundable we decided we check out the hotel for future reference and very glad we did. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were great. The hole place was just so relaxing. We will definitely book again in the future.

The place was very tired and not very clean. The food in the restaurant was not good and the service was poor. The staff were very nice but lacked training. They were more interested in keeping their regulars happy in the bar than making sure the few guests in the restaurant were attended too.

Overall the hotel was nice - bar/restaurant was good with selection of food etc and service was great. My room was ok - old bathroom but the part that was dreadful was the carpet - all stained and could do with a new one!!
