Within a short drive to the seafront, we are well located for a visit to Weston-super-Mare and the surrounding areas. If you are looking for a relaxing break away, in a spacious setting, with the use of a private garden, covered barbeque area, summerhouse, bar & hot tub, and an electric vehicle charger, you won't be disappointed. You are also welcome to use a private garden room which opens up to the garden. Hosts live onsite. Please be aware that we have a very friendly Golden Retriever dog. Hosts have their own private lounge.
The listing is offered on a bed and breakfast basis, which is served to you at a time of your choosing. A continental style breakfast is included for all guests with a selection of cereals, toast, fruit, yoghurts, fruit juices, with tea and coffee provided.
There is a priced menu for cooked breakfast and evening meals made available.
The double bedroom (Blue room) has a double bed with a kingsize duvet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and work desk / dressing table with mirror. All electric sockets have additional USB ports. 32 Inch HD Smart TV.
Guests have their own private bathroom, accessed across a shared landing. Bath with shower overhead and handrails for safe access, WC, sink, and heated towel rail.
There is a 2nd bedroom (Black room) available (extra charges apply - Select 3 guests to book this additional bedroom). The room contains a single bed with double duvet, a TV with Amazon Fire TV, a desk/dressing table, and a chest of drawers. The wardrobe in this room is for the hosts storage.
A travel cot (bedding is not supplied), highchair, and baby changing facilities are available on request at booking. There stair gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. Families are welcome to book with us, remembering that we have a friendly dog who is used to all ages of children. The travel cot can be errected in either bedroom on request.
Hot drink making facilities and hairdryers are available in both bedrooms.
The listing is for 2 people sharing the double room. Please select 3 guests for additional guest, or 2 singles with a room each. This covers breakfast, cleaning, and towels etc. 3rd person charge not applicable for under 4 year olds in a cot. Maximum we can accommodate is 3 people plus a cot.
Guests have use of the downstairs garden room, which is accessed through the hosts open plan kitchen. The garden room benefits from a large dining table, a corner sofa with a coffee table, music system, 42 Inch Smart TV, DVD player with a selection of DVD's, XBOX games console, heating, fan, games & cards, bi-folding doors, and views of the garden.
A small portable aircon unit is available.
The garden is equipped with 2 sun loungers, a seating area with a table, parasols, a barbeque area (large hot plate), blankets & cushions and a firepit.
Check out time is 10:00hrs daily. Late check-out is available on request.

A well equipped summerhouse is in the garden, made available to all guests, with music, drinks, fridge, and snacks. There is a hot tub for guests private use, with additional towels provided. An outside shower is available in a covered area.
There is plenty of parking available at the property. High-speed Wi-Fi access is provided throughout the property and garden.
The house is powered by green electricity, generated through solar panels and stored in batteries so your stay will be kind to our environment. The property also has a type 2 EV charger.
Self-check in is available if hosts aren't on site. We are in a great location to visit the surrounding areas of Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, Wells, and Cheddar.
Some extra services are provided for a small additional cost.

Quiet estate house, with own private driveway and parking. Easy access to the sea front and M5. Within walking distance of local shops, supermarket, pub's and restaurants.
Plenty of parking at the property. Nearby bus routes into town, to Seafront and Bristol. Within walking distance of train stations (Worle or Milton).
Hosts will be onsite while guests are visiting. Friendly dog lives in the house. No pets, smoking and vaping area outside. Although the kitchen is not made fully available for guests' private use, the use of a microwave, fridge and freezer are provided, with crockery & cutlery also available. Guests are welcome to bring take-away meals into the garden room, but food and drink is requested not to be taken upstairs to the bedroom. Washing machine and dryer available, but only for essentials.
Additional requests can be catered for if requested in advance with payment agreed, i.e. cooked breakfast, evening meals, movie nights on big projector screen (requires set up), or barbeque use. The property is within walking distance of shops, supermarkets and pubs. The seafront is approximately a 25 min walk.
