Some of the front desk staff here were very rude and unpleasant. I was woken up out of my sleep being told that I was supposed to be checked out of my room after my first night of being there the shift Manager and Security my goodness he had cuffs so embarrassing outside of that I paid for 3 nights and an extra day after seeing he was wrong I wasn't offered anything to try and compensate the mishap. They had no towels no microwave or coffee pot my room was so outdated. Upon checking out I asked for a receipt and couldn't even get a proper one because the clerk couldn't check anyone out and the person who was able to wouldn't be back for another hour. Never again

I cancelled this reservation on February 14th. The only email I could find. But when I got to the Rio, they said I still had 2 reservations - one through the group I was with and 1 with Travelocity. The group rate was better and they were able to hive me 2 queen beds. Upon check out I was told that Travelocity had charged me $1200.00 nonrefundable deposit! NOT good! I need to know that there are NO charges from Travelocity.
