Stairs to welcoming you before the reception. Horrible room 511, old, smells, have heaps of hair in the bed and pillows. Looks like the hotel you will stay and get bed bugs. Shower was broken, room is old, everything is old looks like a room for a museum and the bathroom come from the movie Bates Motel / Pyscho. You pay for the car parking, but they say you park there at your own risk. If someone break in they dont take any responsability for it. Breakfast was good. Stay away from the Willis Hotel. Have way better options for the same range of price.
