Upon arrival, our room door was unlocked and open: the room was filthy. I requested supplies to clean the room myself.

Good location in middle of city. Shower drain was plugged, shower handle was missing. Limited sound proofing.

The parking was atrocious. Pool area was so dangerously slippery and thermostat set at 63!! “Pet friendly” meant listening to a barking dog at 10:30 at night. Front desk was not reachable by phone

I do apologize for your experience during your stay! Though we do have separate parking lots, it becomes a bit confusing to locate designated lines during and after a winter storm. For sure, this makes it even harder for incoming guests to park. Likewise, we also had an issue with not having the appropriate contact information for some pet owners this weekend. Because of this, our front desk agent spent a good part of the evening speaking with other guests and trying to calm the dogs. Rest assured, we have gone over additional training with our staff to better handle busier times and difficult situations. Thank you for your comment!
