I came early and my room was not ready yet. But they held my suitcases and parked my car and we came back later to our room, they were so kind. It was a pleasant stay, the breakfast was tasty as well.

We have stayed here before and had an excellent experience. Homewood /suites is one of our preferred brands. This time it was no better than average because of ageing furniture' poor tv; non-working phone for a while and it never was fully functional. A promised upgrade or 'complimentary offset' for the inconveniences never materialized.

Great location for walking to Capital One Arena or the National Mall area. Lots of dining options around the neighbourhood. In our unit, one of the burners of the cooktop was not working, the knives were very dull (hence dangerous) and it was not outfitted as a "full kitchen" should have been as there were no large bowls or serving dishes (not even a mixing bowl to serve as one), bowls for eating were too small for even a soup noodle, and for such a facility, no sponge for small wash ups, and one pack of dishwasher powder too little. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Breakfast service was clean and quick, with food stations freshened up often, and pleasing variety.
