I suppose you pay for what you get - this was the most reasonably priced property I could find with two beds in the DuPont Circle area for a spring visit with my son. But the property is quite dated - the TV is tiny, our shower didn't drain properly and the HVAC system took some learning. The first night, I didn't get much sleep b/c I turned off the heating/cooling entirely, but once I figured it out, it made alot of noise to drown out the traffic and occasional sirens. It was too bad the on-site restaurant is closed. But that said, the location is super convenient!

I would not have booked this property if I had known the restaurant was going to be closed. And they had 1 fork in the room with the kitchenette.

The property was adequate although no bar or restaurant on the property. It was very noisy! Lots of sirens and car horns.

the place was nice clean and perfect location - the problem was at checkout they charged " facilities fee" per night of 28$ which added 56 $ to the bill - this was deceiving**-, not expected and not at all clear on the website let alone when we checked in and the desk person confirmed we were all paid up

We loved the service from Raul. He told us every information (directions, restaurants etc.) we needed. It was alright but we did not like the service of the lady that much who worked on the evening of 2/15 at the check in counter. Thanks.
