Cute Place w/a Little FYI
This is definitely a cute little house. The front door does not face where you park, and is on the opposite side of the driveway entrance. It is true that the door to the staircase does not have a lock on it, so you do feel a bit insecure about the fact that whoever lives downstairs or in the basement has access to your upstairs apartment. It is also true that the bedroom door locks from the outside of the room, which is a bit weird and leaves room for imagination to the why. There are also crawl space access points to inside the walls in the living room and the bedroom which freaked my teenage son out. These access points are locked from the other side, so you cannot open them from the living room, which is also a bit weird. Maybe our imaginations got the best of us because my son stayed up all night on guard...literally all night. So, we would not stay here again; but, I think the owner can change/fix all these issues...it is a cute little apartment in a cute little historical-type house.

This newly renovated, second floor mini-suite was perfect for my two day stay! While the walls were freshly painted and the bathroom was new, the owner has not had a chance to decorate what would be a wonderful space. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. As another reviewer mentioned, there is no lock on the door that leads to the stairs that go up to the space from the entrance of the home. The neighborhood looked nice, so I really didn't worry about it, but I have suggested to the owner that the door could use a lock of some kind. The stand alone tub/shower is lovely, but the side is a little high to get into - so if you're a senior this might be difficult. Getting into historic Warwick was quick and easy and overall my whole experience was a positive one! I would stay again.

The place was not clean and we were supplied with a half roll of toilet paper for an extended weekend for two people. Had to sweep the floors and go to the store to buy toilet paper just to stay the weekend.

Although we had to work out the mini fridge before using, and there was a disposable razor on the floor behind the bath tub, and there were no face towels, the overall stay was pleasant. I like the fact that there was a smart TV in the room and we were able to connect to our various accounts 😊

Handy location in Warwick
My daughter and I needed a place to stay for just one night in the Warwick area. This home was just right, in a nice residential area but not far from businesses and highways. Because it was a short stay, we really didn’t need a lot of extras. This tidy home had a small kitchenette to heat up restaurant leftovers, a nice TV and comfy couch, and a very cozy bed. It was just right for us!
