Bait and Switch to steal money
I booked the hotel room through hotels.com for a two queen bed handicapped accessible room. I then called the front desk of the hotel, the actual hotel number and confirmed that booking with the person standing behind the desk on the evening that I called. When I checked in and got to my room, the reservation had been changed from two queen beds to two double beds. Could you please explain to me how I'm supposed to book a room and even call to confirm that my reservation was correct and then have the room changed? Not to mention the double bedroom should have been cheaper than the queen bedroom. So you are stealing money by overcharging me for the wrong reservation.

Best service ever!!
New and clean! Security very important to them! But main thing I can say is the people were the kindest and most generous of any place I ever stayed. I had a flat tire and AAA was taking a long time. I drove in for a funeral and was trying to change the tire myself. The front desk woman saw me and got another worker and the maintenance guy to change it for me! She also brought us water and snacks while we were waiting!! Amazing people!
