Located in the heart of downtown Waco & within walking distance to the Magnolia Silos, this loft is the perfect place for your Waco vacation getaway. Just minutes from the Baylor Campus, Cameron Park, Cameron Park Zoo & Suspension Bridge, this vintage first floor condo keeps convenience & style first priority. On site free parking, 2 bedrooms with queen beds + a sleeper sofa, easy access to a coffeeshop right next door- this condo is sure not to disappoint.

The Space
Featuring exposed pipe, concrete floors & beautiful vintage brick walls, this condo is located in the Behrens Lofts building just across the street from the Dr. Pepper Museum. Old factory vibes with modern amenities- a unique stay sure to leave a positive impression.

Other Things To Note
This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area.

A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building.

The Coffee Machine is a Keurig Duo & we do provide pods, sweeteners, and creamer for your stay.

The living room has Smart TV with streaming apps.

Families - we do have a pack 'n play.

The property was lovely. Location, perfect! A little getting used to the echo of the loft but understandable. Surprised that we could hear walking from above and noise in the halls but all in all no issues. The location made up for the minor noise concerns.
