Staff and service is very bad. No clear instructions. We asked for laundry and we received two different answers: same day and one day. Nobody explained to us that we have to pick up the laundry at front desk. Because we paid in advance nobody at front desk explained to us that we need to register our credit card for any additional service (restaurant, drinks, etc). Then we went to restaurant and we didn't have our credit card with us and we had to go to the room at payment time. Bryan at front desk was very good. We asked for a cappuccino during breakfast and the machine is damage for two consecutive days. We left then we don't know when is going to be available. Breakfast started by 6:30 am. Today we went around 7:30 am and still they were working on the menu (one hour late). This is not the Novotel chain that I know many years ago. We requested to clean the room yesterday by 9:00 am. They told us that in half an hour would be ready. By 3:00 pm still room wasn't clean. Summary, there are no good information nor clear and complete from staff and grade of service is not good.
