The fully equipped kitchen has everything a guest might need, and there's also a bbq area. The decks are facing the river with beautiful views, and there is a canoe, dock, and boat slippage. This secluded area of the river boasts some of the best local fishing and is perfect for canoeing and kayaking, all while being just minutes from downtown Sebastian.

The cottage was exactly as represented. Simple, peaceful, waterfront, and awesome boat dock. We met the owner who was very welcoming and generous to share his beautiful property with others. We loved having our boat docked on site and enjoyed the convenience and easy access to the inlet. We especially appreciated the green lights on the dock which made night returns perfect.
