The home is on a large corner lot facing west to see the Florida sunsets from the open porch! The kitchen is perfect for meals, open to dining area that can seat 10! Family friendly or share for a business trip/ baseball camp/ school/ internships!

Comments from the perspective of my 40-year experience as a landlord and HomeAway host: Provide: - a curtain or shade on the front door…full glass panel is great for light but not for privacy - written instructions for your TVs. One NEVER worked, and the other required me to purchase an app (YouTubeTV) to get “normal” channels. - hooks in the bathrooms for hanging towels etc - a few essential tools: screwdriver, flyswatter, etc - instructions for use of food & water in fridge Maintenance required: both shower drains run VERY slowly Thank you for the interesting and delicious coffee/tea pods
