Lovely place with all amenities required and more. Only one suggestion rather difficult to find without a house number visible at the front of the property.

A traditional Picardie house in the Baie de Somme
We found this gite very nicely decorated and clean. Several minor problems were quickly dealt with by the owners and we enjoyed the enclosed garden for the children and the off-street parking. The accommodation was comfortable and adequate for the 4 adults and 3 children. However, we felt the kitchen was difficult to manage for our large family due to the small amount of worktop area. This was understandable considering it was an old, traditional building. We enjoyed visiting several beaches within the bay, especially Merlimont, and the old walled town of Montreuil. The nearest supermarket was Carrefour at Rue a short distance away. We enjoyed walking around the village..

Huis in Vercourt
Het is een fijn huis en leuke tuin en een ideale ligging, maar de inhoud van het huis is aan vernieuwing toe. dit huis is niet geschikt voor 8 pers. Laat staan dat een volwassene of nog slechter een kind op een overloop moet slapen, de ene kamer was ok, maar de andere kamer had een stapelbed ok, maar dan een bed van 30cm hoog van de grond, waar je s'morgens niet uit kon. Alle matrassen zijn versleten en vallen in een put, geen donsdekens of dekens, maar fleece dekentje. Beneden was de zetel versleten zei de hospita en de 2 verwarmings toestellen mochten niet gebruikt worden, want ze lekten. De keuken versleten, deuren die niet goed sluiten en scheefhangen De wand achter het kookvuur losgekomen en opgekruld. De vaatwas minstens 20jaar oud en waste niet proper, alle glazen en borden hadden een vieze aanslag, houten lepels die er vies uitzagen. Een vieze oven. We hebben er het beste van gemaakt, maar dit is niet fijn. Volgens de hospita was het geld op na het leggen van een nieuw dak en kan er niet verder gerenoveerd. Maar dat is mijn zaak niet he. Es war eine wunderbare Woche
Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Vercourt verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und man hat alles was man braucht. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und da wir mit zwei Hunden angereist sind, war das wirklich toll. Empfangen wurden wir sehr nett von Isabell, die auch jederzeit erreichbar war. Vielen Dank dafür!!!!! Es war eine rundum schöne Woche, lange Spaziergänge am ca.30 Autominuten entfernten Strand, Spaziergänge durch die Dünen und dann das leckere Brot aus der Boulangerie in Rue ( 5 Autominuten). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!!

un séjour ressourçant
maison très claire et accueil des plus sympathique et agréable. Isabelle aide vraiment à ce que l'on passe un agréable séjour et réagit rapidement aux demandes de dernières minutes. Soucis avec le lave-vaisselle (il faudrait le changer) et les moustiques nombreux pendant la période où nous étions là. Sinon un peu loin de tout mais c'est ce que nous recherchions. Village très calme et Rue est une petite bourgade avec des trésors, si on ce donne la peine de les découvrir. Conquis....

Petite maison très agréable
Séjour au top ! La maison est très fonctionnelle et spacieuse. Le grand jardin clos est vraiment appréciable surtout que nous avions un chien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir séjourner ici. Merci à Isabelle également qui est très serviable ☺️

Bon séjour dans les hauts de France
Très bon contact avec l’accueillante qui nous a bien informés des modalités de séjour et des commodités environnantes. Maison bien équipée malgré le manque d’une barrière pour les enfants au rdc et à l’étage. Un petit bémol cependant : le lave vaisselle qui dysfonctionnait lors de la mise en route, sinon il ne manquait rien pour faire de notre court séjour une réussite. Encore merci à Isabelle pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité (joignable en cas de besoin) et sa bienveillance.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus
Wir (zwei Freundinnen mit zwei großen Hunden) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und wir wurden herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war für uns perfekt: hell und geräumig. Ein toller und windgeschützter Garten, der komplett eingezäunt ist. Die Lage in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf ist gut. Mit dem Auto kann man den Ort Rue in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Dort gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Verschiedenen Strände sind ebenfalls gut zu erreichen (etwa 15 Minuten Fahrzeit). Bettwäsche ist nicht vorhanden, kann aber für 20 Euro pro Person dazu gebucht werden. Es war alles, was wir benötigt haben vorhanden. Einige Dinge, die unsere Vorgänger in ihren Bewertungen kritisiert hatten, wurden verbessert (z.B. wurde das angeschlagene Geschirr offenbar ersetzt). Die Betten sind etwas ausgelegen, was für uns allerdings kein Problem war. Zahlreiche Decken sind vorhanden, so, dass man nicht frieren muss. Diese sind alle sauber. Wir haben viel gekocht und alles dafür in einem brauchbaren Zustand gefunden. Toll wäre, wenn ein neues Sofa angeschafft werden würde. Das ist aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. Gerne empfehlen wir das Ferienhaus weiter.
