Charming Venetian Home
Massimo’s house is in an outstanding location, very quiet, away from tourists and yet right near everything you want to see in Venice. We had a wonderful stay there as a family. The house is very beautiful and has a few outdoor seating areas to relax with a cup or coffee or a glass of wine. Massimo is very helpful and responsive. He gave us recommendations for water taxi, restaurants and tour guide. We really enjoyed our stay and will happily come back again. Grazie mille Massimo!!

Fantastic location and quality home to spend time in
This house was an incredible place to stay during our time in Venice. Plenty of room inside, comfortable furnishings, well kitted out (we had everything we could possibly need), air conditioning ….very very comfortable. It also had beautiful balconies/terraces that we could sit on and look over all the activity below. There were great restaurants and cafes in the Piazza, which were great to go to, if we didn’t want to go far, but it was also around the corner from many many great options for food. It was easy to walk to any of the main highlights or catch a taxi or water bus. Our kids met a lot of the local kids in the area and ended up playing soccer and badminton in the square in the evenings which was great. Massimo and all the people who host his property were a delight to talk to, and very helpful. We will be back again for sure!

Perfect Venetian Accommodations
This property was absolutely perfect! Set an a quiet Piazza within walking distance of everything. The owner was in contact daily with suggestions of where to go and what to do as well as information about the apartment. The air conditioning worked beautifully and there was plenty of space for our family of six. Highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to experience Venice!
