The space
Two bedrooms--one with a queen-sized bed and one with a twin. There's a coach in the living room. The kitchen is fully functional (although the handle on the microwave is scheduled for repair). The condo is generally cool or warm, naturally, due to being on the lower-level. The air conditioner does a fair job of keeping the living room comfortable in the summer months. An air conditioning upgrade is planned.
Guest access
The back door has a keyless entry, and the code will be provided upon booking.
Other things to note
The community is observant of peace and quiet. Please follow this general guideline. Sometimes the neighbors--an elderly couple and a disabled adult--can be a bit cantankerous, but any concerns communicated by guests have been addressed swiftly. A kill-them-with-kindness strategy has worked wonders.
