Pleasant stay
We stopped here on our way north towards the border. Hopefully we can go back in the future and stay a few days. The hotel is well cared for and the staff very helpful. Be patient with the hot water - it’ll get hot but it takes quite a while.

Great layout with pool, dining and room locations in a large courtyard area. Staff were excellent and very professional. We went during off season during the week and only one other couple was staying. Had it to ourselves. We will be back.

I wish I could leave a good review as I really wanted to love this property. The room was nice, we stayed in the king suite. The trash in the room had not been thrown away giving me the impression it was not cleaned properly. The private sitting area outside was covered in dead bees from the growing bee hive above us. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting out there with the bees buzzing around. There was no soap in the bathroom. Taking a shower was a task, I waited a good ten minutes for the water to get hot, when it finally did get hot it was scorching. It was difficult to get the barely trickling out water to a comfortable temperature. The water pressure is ridiculously low making it difficult to wash the soap from your body and hair. When i finally settled down for the night and got into bed I found a huge black bug in the bed! I reported this all to the staff and had the shower head replaced hoping for better results however it did not fix the issue. The other issues were reported but did not seem to raise any concerns for the staff. The restaurant was good but very overpriced. If you aren’t going to provide coffee in room as advertised, then it is absurd to charge $5.00 for a cup of coffee that most establishments provide their customers for free. Overall impression was not impressed for the amount of money spent.
