The room had a terrible odor, set my wifes asthma off, floor was filthy, tv remote missing parts. We could not stay there as the odor was horrific. Wiped spilled water up, turned cloth black. Have pictures to prove. Need refund!!!!

Hotel stay

Pros: can't say
Cons: update the bathrooms , bedding and towels.
Location: very little only if you wanted to go to Tupelo MS
Staff very friendly. Bedding and towels old. Had a smoke free room but the room smelt of smoke. We were on the first floor the people upstairs were outside smoking so therefore the smoke traveled down. Also notice the cleaning staff was smoking. The only room with handicapped facilities was smoking. Since I had a broken foot years ago very hard to get in and out of tubs. But due to the circumstance of my sister passing I had very little choice.
