Roach infested, paper clips holding up the shower curtain, cigarettes in the toilet, public hair everywhere and they asked for cash on top of what I paid online. It was heinously unclean

Nasty nasty nasty place. Roach infested and very deceiving with the picture online. The door didn’t have a safe lock and looked like it had been previously kicked in. Shredded curtains and bathroom door. One side of the window was shattered and not a single garbage can in the whole room. Don’t book here, worst mistake ever!!

This was an absolute nightmare. From the creepy old man watching pornography on his phone in the lobby, to the unwarranted cash deposit, to the 30 cockroaches in the room on the sheets, cigarette burns on the bedding, blood smears on the walls, it was DISGUSTING. We had to rebook our stay immediately to get away from that place. There was no way myself and my children were staying there!!! I wish I could add video to this review. Stay away at all costs!!! They are not only disgusting but refuse a refund. Waste of time and money. I would rather light myself on fire than even sit on the corner of the bed.

OYO should stand for On Your Own.
Room was in poor condition. No door on bathroom. No TV remote. Lamp was missing. Lampshade was turned upside down with a liner in it to use as a trash can, which had not been emptied. Bedding was stained and soiled. did not appear to have been washed. Had bed bug bits the next day. Zero internet in room. Had to stand next to check-in window to access internet. On the + side the heat did work although a little noisy.

This property should not be in business customers services is horrible lady in front desk treats you like she’s doing you a favor and i walk into the room and after 1min i walked out i didn’t even wanted to seat on the bed there was a very use blanket and a pillow looked like someone just put it on there in a hurry There was a strong pee smell paint coming off the wall Holes in the wall it was horrible

Had bedbugs the first thing I did was wake up and was covered in bites told front desk and he said the main lady would contact me multiple times she never did asked to move or get money back and I was given run around and was stuck buying own killer for bugs and staying in infested big room still no contact just run around

I have been trying to get my money back since the first morning I woke up and they gave me the run around has bedbugs and gave me the run around and still haven’t talk to me or called or came into room it has bedbugs and I wasn’t the only guest complaining about it I still haven’t not got a response.
