Our perfect holiday in feurtuventura.......
Stayed in Javier's 3 bedroom house/villa for 10 days... To sum up the accommodation and our stay....perfect... 10/10..... Nothing negative...All positive... A small quiet base to plan your holiday around... Javier and his family were very friendly, helpful and kind... Leaving us to enjoy our holiday...but only a phone call away.... With surrounding restaurants..local port and shops only a 10 minute walk away....A very big thank you..!!!!

Fabulous vacation in a stunning house
We couldn't be happier with our stay in this lovely place. The house was spotlessly clean and everything was virtually brand new. Beds, showers, kitchen, toilets, TV's everything was first class and Javier and his lovely family went out of their way to make our fortnight one to be remembered. There are some wonderful restaurants just 10 minutes walk down to the seafront and the town of Gran Tarajal is wonderful. Everyone we met was friendly and we will definitely be back. Fantastische Fuerteventura Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne Woche auf Fuerteventura verbringen dürfen. Wir wurden hier sehr herzlich empfangen und im Haus wurde alles bereitgestellt, was man benötigt um entspannt anzukommen. Beim Einzug wurde schon frisches Obst und Getränke bereitgestellt. Der Vermieter war sehr gastfreundlich und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Die Wohnung kann ich nur empfehlen!

Schönes und modernes Ferienhaus abseits des Massentourismus
Wir haben 12 sehr schöne Tage in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Der erste Eindruck war schon sehr positiv. Javier hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir konnten bereits am Vormittag das Haus beziehen. Noch nie sind wir in ein so sauberes Ferienhaus gekommen!!! Zur Begrüßung hatte Javier auch uns mit den schon mehrfach erwähnten Gebäck-, Obst-, Wurst- und Käseplatten überrascht. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wirklich vom Feinsten. Alle Haushaltsgeräte, (mehrere) Fernseher, Internet und sogar zwei Mountainbikes waren in top Zustand. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Bäder und die Schlafzimmer waren liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch sehr gut - von Gran Tarajal aus kann man die Insel mit dem Mietwagen gut in alle Richtungen erkunden. Der Ort selber bietet alles was man benötigt. Es gibt zwei größere Supermärkte, gute Bäckereien, einige Restaurants an der Strandpromenade und ein gutes Fischrestaurant im Hafen. Das wichtigste aber ist, dass es so gut wie keinen Tourismus gibt! In der entstehenden Urbanisation um das Haus herum leben scheinbar überwiegend Einheimische. Bei passendem Wetter kann man den ganzen Tag über die Sonne genießen und dank der Außenmauer des Grundstücks wird der oft typische Wind auch nicht zum Problem . Vielen Dank Javier für einen sehr schönen Urlaub !

Genauso haben wir es uns gewünscht!
Meine Frau und ich waren im November hier in diesem Haus von Javier . Unsere Erwartungen waren aufgrund der hervorragenden Bewertungen recht hoch. Es ist wie vielfach beschrieben, perfekt. Es fehlt an nichts, alles ist vorhandenen und noch mehr. Es war sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Hier hat man sich Gedanken um das Wohlsein seiner Gäste gemacht. Javier selbst , den mag man einfach. Die windgeschützte Terrasse mit Pool und sind auch prima angelegt, auf Fuerte ist es ja oft windig. Wir kommen wieder, das steht fest!

Ein perfekter Urlaub für uns!!
Uns hat ein sehr sehr freundlicher Vermieter erwartet, uns wurde alles gezeigt, der Kühlschrank war schon für den ersten Abend gefüllt, für die Kids lagen kleine Überraschungen bereit! Wir wurden wirklich noch nie so herzlich empfangen!! Für uns war es wichtig einen ruhigen 2wöchigen Familienurlaub zu erleben, genau so ist es auch geworden und uns wurde nicht zu viel versprochen! Das Haus ist der absolute Wahnsinn und der perfekte Platz um sich wohlfühlen zu können! Der kleine Ort Gran Tarajal ist wunderschön, fußläufig zu erreichen auch unsere 5 jährige ist den Weg am Hafen entlang immer gerne gelaufen! Es gibt alles was man braucht, große Supermärkte, kleine Shops, genug Restaurants direkt am Strand, leckere Eisdiele, Spielplätze und die Kids können an der Promenade frei laufen, alle sind absolut kinderfreundlich und man fühlt sich überall Willkommen!! Viele Touristen findet man hier nicht, genau wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten, die Preise sind alle noch nicht überteuert und haben noch spanisches Niveau! Der große Strand lädt zum sonnen und baden ein, nie überlaufen!!! Gran Tarajal ist ein super Ausgangspunkt um mit dem Mietwagen die Insel zu erkunden! Zum Haus, da kann man nicht viel sagen, einfach PERFEKT!! Wir haben uns zu 4., die 2 Wochen richtig zu Hause gefühl, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt! Für unseren kleinen Mann stand ein wirklich tolles und richtiges Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl bereit, er hat wunderbar geschlafen!! Die große hat sich sofort ein Zimmer in lila ausgesucht, es haben sich einfach alle sehr sehr wohl gefühlt! In Spanien haben wir so ein Haus noch nicht gesehen, wem hier etwas fehlt, der sollte vielleicht lieber zu Hause bleiben!! Der Pool ist klein aber absolut ausreichend für die Abkühlung zwischendurch und für die Kids sowieso!! Javier ist immer bemüht, immer zu erreichen und absolut freundlich und kinderlieb... Ich könnte noch ewig so weiterschreiben, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und vielen Dank lieber Javier für alles, Tim, Hanna, Andy und Janine

hôtes exceptionnels: disponibles, attentionnés, discrets, généreux......la maison plus que conforme au descriptif; c'est encore mieux que sur les photos tout est parfait jusqu'au moindre petit détail. S'il y avait 6 étoiles cela serait mérité. Grand Tarajal hors des sentiers touristiques traditionnels mais avec le charme typique des Canaries authentiques. Pour couronner le tout 1 bon restaurant : LA COFRADiA. 1 très bon restaurant LE 1950 anciennement TES MEX sur front de mer à surtout ne pas manquer. Il ne faut pas hésiter bien qu'il n'y ait pas beaucoup de tables, la carte ne fait pas des kilomètres ( elle existe en plusieurs langues) mais c'est un gage de fraîcheur; de plus vous aurez un accueil chaleureux et convivial. Sehr sehr schönes Haus
Dieses wunderschöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Haus hat unser Herz erobert. In direkter Sichtweite zum Hafen von Gran Tarajal gelegen, liegt das Haus in einer Wohnsiedlung. Es ist ein Eckhaus, dass den ganzen Tag Sonne bietet. Es besticht durch sein ordentliches und sehr sauberes Erscheinungsbild. Wir haben es sehr genossen und uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein rundum sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt. Javier, der Vermieter, ist ein sehr gastfreundlicher Mensch. Er hilft sofort und ist um das Wohl seiner Gäste sehr bemüht. Übergabe, Aufenthalt und Abreise waren sehr unkompliziert. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt bei ihm und seiner Familie.
