The beds/mattress was terrible - like sleeping on tennis balls - very little sleep as impossible to get comfortable. We had stayed when a Holiday Inn Express & had same issue--but thought surely mattresses would have been replaced by now. Pillows weren't much better. Faucets in shower were etched with old scum. Picked up telephone and receiver was dirty. Coffee pots emptied in breakfast area before 9:30. Will never stay again and our only recommendation would be to stay away. Very disappointed in Vagabond Inn,

The rate fits the condition of the room. The beds weren't comfortable, but in my experience they never are. The room had peeling wallpaper, a broken chair, and a crack in the sink. The hot tub was nice, but the indoor pool was cold. The continental breakfast was nice, but they were missing the release spray for the waffle maker and it made the waffles stick to the waffle iron. The location is nice and there's a few places to get something to eat. For a one night stay it was okay.

early check in was nice, but the room was in such a worn out condition, and very unclean. there were cheerios all over the carpet which was so stained and burned and sticky, the wall paper peeling, everything needed a major replacement.no cups and partial toiletries in the room,sheets were stained.... the continental breakfast was pretty lame, unless you wanted to make waffles with cheapo syrup, nothing fresh and no protein or anything fresh, just the cheapest low quality stuff...do not recommend.

Front desk staff very friendly. Found used ear plug on floor beside bed. Found floss pick on bottom shelf of night stand. Not a lot of attention given to cleaning details. Carpet in room and halls-ways stained and dirty looking. Walls of the tub surround were dirty. Bottom of the tub looked dirty/stained. Toilet bowl looked dirty with grey water stains. Breakfast was very limited. Ok, if you like cereal, toast, bagels, muffins and waffles. Overall the property needs improvements, upgrades and some serious TLC. Would not recommend this place.
