Great place and location for a visit to Tucson. Quiet neighborhood a short distance to lots interesting sites. Food tour downtown was outstanding and there are great hikes on both sides of the city. The unit has a fairly steep stairway to get to the door.

Great Little Spot
I had a wonderful stay. Check-in was very easy and the property was easy to find. Neighborhood was quiet at night, which is a huge bonus. Unit was extremely clean and bright. Stairs are steep side, definitely not a downside but just something to keep in mind.

U of A Getaway
We stayed at this property during graduation weekend at University of AZ and it was fabulous! Close to all of the activities but far enough away to be out of the madness. Highly recommend!

Cute, clean, but not comfy.
Host was very responsive to any and all questions. The place was very clean, great mountain views from the kitchen and front door. Location was great too. Several sets of clean towels was great for our two week stay. The long flight of stairs into and out of this property is something everyone should notice before booking. A few suggestions…. Think about getting real chairs and a regular table for the kitchen. Stools are just not that comfortable. The living room couch also is very uncomfortable. What if you invited friends to come over for dinner or for a visit? There would be nowhere for them to sit! All in all and given the above concerns, it is a nice place for only 1 or 2 able-bodied people.

Very Modern
The rental was easy to locate and access. It has very nice natural light and amazing views of the sunrise over the mountains! Bring your own foldable chairs to sit on the balcony. A great shady area on a hot day! The parking space and location of rental were perfect! The led recessed lighting was super bright in all the rooms so only a few need to be used. On the other side - nothing was available to contain used towels; no full length mirror; small sink edge area in bathroom; uncomfortable sofa and stools; and a tv that only worked with downloaded apps or a streaming service personal login. Manager was very accommodating responding to questions.

Cute and spacious
Well appointed, roomy unit about a mile and a half from campus. Loved the decor and very clean. I would stay again when visiting Tucson!
