First of all, when we came to the hotel, we have not been even welcomed to this place. I mean, people from reception literally started to ask our names and reservation number without greeting to their resort. We were surprised to find out there that you have to pay for towels, but this is one thing, also you have to pay for bedsheets and pillow covers too!! Ridiculous! I understand that this is the resort, but paying even for bedsheet is unbelievable. That was the first time when we had to pay for the essentials that must be included in the price which is also quite expensive for the place which is not in walking distance to the beach or restaurants.
Although I sent a message and kindly requested 1st-floor apartment, we received our flat on the ground floor which was disappointing because what is the reason to send special request 3 months before and then not to receive a desirable place because of availability. I think they might manage it more properly with special requests.
Apartments are in a good condition but with poor facilities inside. Bathroom needs to be renovated and make at least two hangers to put towels and clothes in the bathroom. In the shower, there was a broken thing where you usually put a shower head and the water smell was disgusting. Also, while I was cooking in the kitchen, a cockroach came from one of the shelves! That was terrible to find out!!!
