The Space:

The 2-storey layout offers light-filled living, dining and kitchen upstairs with stunning views, and two balconies for morning coffee, sunset wines and BBQ meals. You will love the indoor-outdoor flow, with 2 spacious courtyards for alfresco living on the ground floor.

This 3-bedroom villa has all the benefits of resort style living, with access to outstanding facilities including an outdoor solar-heated swimming pool, tennis court, communal bbq area, children’s play park and putting green. And all of this within easy walking distance (10mins) to Whites Beach and the Sands Clubhouse (5mins), where you can enjoy a meal or some drinks in the restaurant, bar and café.

Cooking in this kitchen will feel like a holiday, thanks to quality Smeg appliances, stone benches and a Nespresso coffee pod machine. Stools at the brekky bar cater to informal meals, while dining at the stunning timber 8-seater table will be a beautiful site for entertaining. 3 bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests, and all beautifully appointed with white hotel quality sheets and bath towels (please BYO pool/beach towels). The main King bedroom features an ensuite and beautiful outlook to the fairway. Sliding doors provide access to the east courtyard. There is a Queen bedroom, and finally a King bedroom (converts to Twin Singles, if requested at the time of booking) with Chromecast TV. The bathroom has a shower-over-bath, single vanity and separate toilet. A washing machine and clothes dryer are in the Euro laundry downstairs.

Guests have access to the whole townhouse, plus 1 carport and 1 designated visitor car space. Access to the swimming pool and tennis court is included, with a resort key.

The Neighborhood:
Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks, Sands Golf Course and Whites Beach - a family-favourite just a 10mins stroll away. Torquay Beach offers family friendly swimming, surfing, and walking 5mins drive away, and is patrolled in summer months.
Front Beach offers long beach walks and (generally) calm swimming, while Torquay Point, Jan Juc and Bells Beach offer waves for advanced surfers.
Spring Creek caters to family fishing, SUPing, kayaking.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.
Nightjar Markets operate on Thursday nights through January, and are in walking distance.
Adventure Park is also a great day out with the kids – approx. 30mins drive away.

Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks, Sands Golf Course and Whites Beach. Parking available in a single carport, plus 1 x visitor carpark adjacent (please don’t park in anyone else’s spot).
Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).
Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
