The absolute beachfront position provides direct access to local favourite, Whites Beach, eliminating the need to drive to the beach! Ocean views through ‘Whites Cutting’ and a foreground of lush coastal vegetation and wetlands add further appeal to this elevated home, with balconies to enjoy the sea breeze and oceanside experience.

Your family’s beach adventure begins on the ground level, where the bunk room with study nook and a Queen bedroom awaits, alongside a convenient combined bathroom and laundry space. This opens up to a lush, expansive rear yard with well-manicured gardens that offer a safe and private play area for children and a tranquil retreat for adults. A well-behaved pet is welcome by approval at the time of booking, subject to House Rules and a $50 pet fee.

Situated in the popular Sands Estate, Torquay, the proximity to The Sands Golf Club, restaurant and bar, make this property an incredible location for keen golfers who can wheel their golf bags to tee off at Peppers! Families will love the convenience of easy access to stunning White’s Beach and Fisherman’s Beach.

It is located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood, ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax. All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.

There are great cafes, bars, the Torquay Hotel and many restaurants in town, plus boutiques, clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.

Surf City Plaza is home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy and Rip Curl (all originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza or across the road. Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets. You will find everything you need in Torquay for a fabulous holiday!

Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc village.

As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar.

Getting Around:
-Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks, beaches and shops. On-street parking is available, plus the driveway for 2 cars – please note there is no access to the locked garage.
-Just across the road is White’s Beach and the pathway is the ‘Surf Coast Walk’ all the way to Torquay town centre.
-Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51). 
-Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong-Melbourne. 
-Torquay is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
