Bed was lumpy and hard as a rock. Pillows were in the same condition. The plumbing was not draining from shower or toilet. We could hear everything outside as though the windows were open. The hotel was not close to downtown as the listing said and was nearly an hour and half away from hanida airport taxi was very close to $300$. I do not recommend this hotel.

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by incredibly helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room itself was a haven of cleanliness and order, providing a peaceful environment to relax in after a day of exploring the city. The hotel’s location is a traveler’s dream. With a 7/11 connected to the hotel, late-night dining was a breeze, adding a layer of convenience to my stay. Moreover, the proximity to the subway made it extremely easy to navigate the city, and the abundance of restaurants and shops in the area meant I was never short of options for dining and shopping. The only minor hiccup in an otherwise perfect stay was the pillows, which were quite hard, and unfortunately, the hotel couldn’t provide additional ones. However, this was a small inconvenience in comparison to the overall excellence of my stay. In summary, this hotel offers a fantastic experience with its stellar service, pristine rooms, and unbeatable location. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.
