When I arrived I was greeted by Jesus. Very helpful. He directed me how to get to the US Embassy, I needed to renew my passport. Then told me a few places to eat at. He was very nice. The bed was comfortable and bathroom were nice. I even had a view from my window. The area is surrounded with shops and places to eat. Very clean. I would come back. Thank you

Was a pretty clean room for Tijuana, bit expensive on expedia but had a really good breakfast included, would stay again if needed !

Property to much damage, and dirty, carpet at the hall rip and dirty , someone can easily trip on the carpet not coming back again
