First the room smelled like sewage and the smell never went away Second, I order food from the bar around 8pm I ask how long for the food to get to the room they said about 15 minutes 50 minutes later I got my food (tacos) tortillas were hard and cold meat was cold and hard to eat and the fries were also cold. For the money I payed you would expect the food quick and hot but it was cold Every time I visit tj I wanted to stay there but never again even though I’m a Hilton honors member Staff members are great! But room and food were very disappointing

I booked a double bed room both beds were dirty both beds had hairs on them and the covers were dirty you can tell right away since the bedding sheets are white. We brought this up to the attention of the front desk both front desk attendants were very nice and very professional they had us move rooms right away. Breakfast was good and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The location is a bit desolate and about 20min away from the city. Front desk staff and breakfast staff thank you for the great service. Would I stay here again… NO I would not
