Casa Fabio is a comfortable villa offering a perfect setting in which to relax and unwind. The property is an L-shape set on one level and offers plenty of space for all of the family. Outside there's an inviting private swimming pool with a spacious terrace, where you can enjoy the glorious sunshine. The villa is ideally set in the sought-after area of Los Mojones, on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen and located near the main road allowing you to easily explore the island, but still within walking distance of all the amenities the resort has to offer. The bars, restaurants, many shops and sandy beaches at the centre of Puerto del Carmen can all be reached on foot. Casa Fabio is an ideal choice for those who want a relaxing holiday with home comforts and a range of amenities within walking distance. The villa is fully equipped to a high standard which includes free Wifi and premium Tv channels including BBC, ITV, RTE sky sports and movies.
The private pool can be electrically heated through the winter months and in the summer is heated via solar panels so the pool can be enjoyed all year round.

Natasha the host was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is immaculate clean, the lounge was beautiful, with a fab TV set up all the channels you could want. It had everything you could want and loads of hot water. It is a little out of town. The pool was lovely. We would visit again.

Great Holiday Villa
From start to finish we were totally satisfied with all aspects of the villa. It was immaculately clean and provided us with a great comfortable base to visit other areas of Lanzarote. We spent 4 days of our visit staying around the pool enjoying eating and drinking whilst soaking up the sun at times at 28 degrees. We hired a car as a convenient travel option but the beach and old town was only a 15 minute stroll down the road albeit slightly longer coming back up😎 Our host Natasha was more than helpful to be of assistance to us and was nice to know good close contact was at hand if needed. Totally recommend this villa.

Amazing!
A truly lovely property, and incredibly great service provided by the owner Natasha! Could not fault a thing, and will look to rebook here again in the future. From initial booking to departure we were cared for and nothing was to much trouble. The property was in immaculate condition and the cleanliness was above anything I have seen before. Beautiful villa with pool and spacious outdoor area. All mod cons and great space, and very clean. Nice touch by the host on our return when we arrived and is really helpful if you need her throughout your stay. Slightly set back from the old town but just a 10 to 15 minute walk but great steak house 30 seconds away. Our second stay in 9 months and would recommend.

Amazing beautiful views from front although near a road you won’t notice it after a day can see the sea from the villa villa is so well looked after cleaner is spot on pool man is lovely and does a brilliant job Don’t have a negative about the villa !!! I would not recommend this area thou for elderly people with walking problems Taxis from airport was £18 euros Taxis into town we always said £5.00 euros so what ever they had a tip About 15 min walk to town 20 mins to main strip Beautiful island would definitely go again although go to a flat part
