The property is in need of a refurbishment. Chair fabric fraying. Tape used on outdoor furniture. Not enough outdoor seating near pool. Gym was terrible, carpet looked damp. Carpets were uneven and bubbling up. Pool was full, loud music,smoking and alcohol consumption in the pool. Our air-conditioning unit had cigarette smoke coming into our room from the next door room. The location and view was great.

Despite the varied reviews of this property I found my studio with water views very adequate, clean and stocked as listed. The hotel overall is dated and needs upgrading, but I was very happy with my room. The woman at check-in was very pleasant and helpful regarding parking. The only problem was slamming doors.

Best of the best.
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
