El lugar es cómodo, agradable. Lo malo es que si quieres algo de comer/cenar no habrá suficiente comida, se les termina, aunque quieras un café a medio día puede que no haya… También verifiquen en cuanto lleguen que les den la habitación por la que pagaron, en nuestro caso no fue así; pagué por una cama “queen” y me dieron una “matrimonial”. Son amables y el lugar es lindo pero no dan ganas de regresar cuando pasan estas cosas.

Esperaba algo mejor
En una de las reservaciones solicité cama queen y me dieron una matrimonial, el check in lo tuve que hacer hasta las 3pm porque la habitación aún no estaba lista. Ofrecen desayunos pero a la hora del desayuno no tienen suficiente comida y de repente te quedas sin huevos o por la noche, estábamos ordenando sincronizadas y ya no tenían jamón ni queso. Pero en el momento del check out si se ponen muy en su papel de checar las habitaciones….

Muy bonita, tranquila y cuidada. El servicio muy bien, sólo un poco lentos en el tema de alimentos cuando hay mucha demanda. Si la alberca estuviera caliente, ¡sería perfecta!

La propiedad está bonita, pero el servicio es terrible. No hicieron la habitación, las sábanas manchadas de sangre y encima nos obligaron a pagarla para darnos nuestras cosas porque dejamos encargadas las maletas; de terror. No hay donde quejarse.
