This has to be one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, staff immediately helped us at the doors, taking care of our luggages and directing us to checkin on the second floor. Our room was upgraded to a spacious room that could easily fit 4 to 5 people. There were complimentary waters, sodas, tea box and snacks in the minibar. The free breakfast spread was incredible, resemble a more of a luxurious Vegas buffet. It is a Snow Peak Camping buffet, where dishes are served in cast iron Dutch ovens, some tables and chairs are manufactured by snow peak, and even snow peak tents are setup. Check out the property photos. It’s actually cooler in person than the pics. Checkout was efficient and fast with express checkout and there is a shuttle to take us to the taoyuan hsr. The taoyuan hsr maybe within walking distance through the Gloria Outlet, but lugging luggages is no fun. The shuttle is heaven sent. I realized I rambled through lots of things about the COZZI Blu, there are just too many great things to praise. When we left, we knew we had to find our way back to this hotel again. One of the truly best, and this is mainly to the staff we encountered. Thank you COZZI Blu, our vacation started out great. :)

A Pleasant Stay in Taoyuan
We booked this hotel for one night. Check-in was smooth. We were asked to arrange breakfast time for the next morning. There were two sessions - only the 6:30-8:30am one was available then but that's OK for us. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Decor was modern. Liked the ocean theme. No complaint. Very clean too. We took a taxi and went to Zhongli Night Market. It felt like a long ride - perhaps 20-25 mins. But it was worthwhile as we enjoyed having a taste of the local life and of course the tasty street food. Breakfast selection at the hotel was wide. Quality was average and acceptable. We headed to the Taoyuan airport the next morning. The hotel offers free scheduled shuttle service to the nearest train station - very convenient. We let the staff know during check-in so it was taken care of then. Overall a very satisfied stay.

This is our third time staying at COZZI BLU. Easy Access from airport with a 15 mins taxi ride. The hotel is connecting to the X Park aquarium and Gloria Outlet for shopping. Guest can borrow stroller, first come first served. Friendly and helpful staffs. We will come back again.

Nice new hotel
Overall this is an excellent hotel! Highly recommended. + Very clean + Nice interior and decor + Conveniently located near MRT and HSR, and not far from the airport. + Connected to a nice shopping mall with great food options. - The breakfast has a lot of options, but some of the dishes were not hot enough and not tasty. Coffee was mediocre. - Communications in English can be a challenge. I had to ask for an iron three times before I had to find a cleaning staff member to just fetch one for me.

Great Family Hotel In Taoyuan
Situated right between the MRT station and Gloria outlet mall. Taxi ride to the airport is only abt 15 mins and NT 300. Great hotel with spacious room, bed & pillows equip with a nice tub (depending on room category booked). Do go for the breakfast included, you won’t regret it. Best in the country by a mile!
