This 3 level lake house is set up with bedrooms and bathrooms on each level, in addition to two kitchens and two living spaces the cabin is ideal for large gatherings or multi-generational stays. The cabin provides ample space for everyone to relax and recharge whether indoor or out. A 5 person paddle boat is included in the rental along with a canoe. Lot is cleared, flat and level - great space for yard games, entertaining or backyard tenting. There is only one other neighbor on the lake, separated by west branch Kettle River.

Both refrigerators have filtered well water and ice, which were both tested at accredited labs to ensure safe drinking. However it wouldn't be a bad idea to bring additional drinking water for preference.

Bring firewood or feel free to collect brush around the property for fire.

The 2 fireplaces are turned off in warmer weather and available for use October - March.

The fishing is great! Live bait along with other necessities can be purchased at the nearest grocery store, Farmers coop in Wright. It's about a 10 min drive but take note of store hours. Sundays they're closed at 3pm
