The location was great and our room was very nice. There was quite a bit of late night noise from the outdoor bar next door. We stayed on the 2nd floor. The noise might have been less had we stayed on a higher floor. We would still highly recommend the property!

We arrived after a 19 hour flight at 7am. Checkout wasn't for several hours later but they said our room was ready and allowed us to check in early at no additional cost. The room was amazing!! A washer/dryer, dishwasher, sink, "living room" with couch and TV, bedroom had the entire wall for closet space and a TV plus small outdoor covered patio. As an American, I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. Staff was very friendly. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was extremely good! I am vegan and they had a couple of vegan options for me (again, pleasantly surprised). This location has a light rail train right outside the door and it is within walking distances of Circular Quay which has several shops & restaurants and is where you can catch the Hop off and on bus in Sydney.

The property has a very modern and safe feel about it, however, as I've noticed in other reviews, the lighting in the entry /concierge area and hallways is very dark....it could be brighter. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, others not so. We had requested an early check in if possible and were told twice that we would receive a text message when ready. We then wandered around the city area for an hour and a half until I called the hotel and was told our room was ready. No text was sent at all. Our room was very cosy and modern with automated blinds and curtains and everything you could possibly need for a short stay. As classy as the rooms are there were some stains on furniture and wear on splashback that doesn't really look good for the price that is charged. Location is excellent being right next to Australia Square and great eateries and a 10 min walk to Circular Quay or 5 min to Pitt St Mall. Restaurant and bar on 22nd floor is pretty special even though we didn't get to use it. Same goes for pool and gym on 21st floor. Views from these levels are just amazing. Overall, would stay again if the right occasion calls for it 👍

Great location in CBD, close to everything. Room was very nice and had amenities for business travels, including washer/dryer so great place for anyone on a cruise to stop and reset. One issue was automatic shades and curtains went haywire at 1am. Staff got it fixed and they waived our parking fee to compensate for the disturbance. Would definitely stay here again.
