Room was ok but chair didn't feel safe.The underfloor heating was turned off and didn't realise until early evening so room cold and then by bedtime extremely hot! Towel rail not orking at all.Staff pleasant enough but presentation could be improved. Evening meal - chipsand peas lukewarm served on cold plates, fish was ok.They had a function at the same time so appeared understaffed. Nice water park next door.
