At the rear of the property there is a tranquil courtyard garden with comfortable seating, a tranquil spot to relax and unwind during the summer months. The cottage occupies a fantastic location with all the amenities and attractions on its doorstep, guests can even walk to Shakespeare's birthplace!

Additional storage comprising of a cupboard with two hanging rails and a shelf is provided for Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 on the first floor landing

The stairs are a little steep at the top and there are no window locks on the upstairs windows, this therefore may not be suitable for people with mobility issues and children should be supervised at all times
No candles or tea lights permitted
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

Things to Note...
The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant
Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire
Events are not permitted without prior consent
A security deposit is required at this property
Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00
