Very dirty rude staff and a very unsafe feeling. Did not stay tried to cancel found another hotel and ended up paying twice as much. But safety and cleanliness is well worth the price. Hope to get my money back for not staying at motel 6 wisconsin rapids

The property was awful. We did not stay it was so dirty. Tried to cancel the stay. Call twice to cancel. I hope i dont get charged. Did not stay had to find another place to stay and payed double to stay at a clean location. You need to take this location off your selections. Very dirty rude staff when tring to cancel. Please help me get my money back for this horrible reservation decision. Not sure if i would pick another location from travelocity which is the option i always used in the past.

There were people basically living there to help with field work. When they got up for work they were pounding on doors, yelling and not respecting others in the hotel. When they left there were bags and bags of trash in the hallways. I think when everyone left it was mandatory to hock a lugy on the sidewalk in front of door, and next to the thousands of cigarettes butts there. I was suspicious of the pool as i couldn't smell chlorine and the water was dark. In order to lock my door i had to move the plate on door to allow the deadbolt through.
