The hotel has the most amazing views of the harbor. The made to order breakfast was wonderful and again, it had open air seating with the same great ocean views. The room was very spacious and the staff was very friendly and provided a complimentary cold beer or soda when we arrived. It was very easy to get a taxi to go places but being so high up the hill, it wasn't safely or easily walkable to anything downhill where all the action is if you don't have a car.

Beautiful view of the harbor. Property is a bit difficult to navigate for anyone with mobility issues. Service at restaurant was very slow & food was mediocre at best. The carrot cake was very good.

Hi Amy,We are glad that you enjoyed the view and our carrot cake. We are an older property (built in the 1950s) and, as a result of building standards at that time, do have quite a few stairs on property. We do try our best to house folks with mobility issues closer to our entrance. We are working very hard to improve our restaurant and have invested in new equipment and an experienced GM who has been with us for a weeks. We are working hard to improve our timeliness and quality through training, increased staffing, and streamlining our menu and preparation.

I liked everything about this quaint boutique hotel that has spectacular views from every area of the property. The Malfolie Restaurant was fabulous!!

Outstanding view. Personable office staff. Room was worse than a budget motel. Furniture was garage sale rejects. We had no water pressure to take a shower. The electrical in the room was unsafe. Extension cords and overloaded outlets. Mattress, pillows & linens were clean & comfortable. Thank goodness we only stayed one night!
