Great stay and host!
I visited with a group of friends for a short spring break trip. The home was clean and just as described on the listing. A member of our group lost an item while on the trip and when we reached out, the host was super helpful and offered to search the property personally after we checked out! We also loved the basketball hoop in the backyard!

Issac spent multiple days talking to me till late at night ( also hours being on the phone with vrbo support) to help get the booking situation for me situated (even though it was for one night) . Overall this was a very nice home and Issac is a very helpful and nice person. If I’m the area again I would 100% book again.

Absolute life saver!!
Myself and two other wonderful ladies were flying into Tampa for a class and had initially booked a different property for our stay well in advance. However, just hours before our trip, our host informed us that our rental had been double-booked, leaving us without a place to stay. Since I don't travel often, I immediately contacted VRBO to find a solution. VRBO suggested I search for an alternative property, and that's when I stumbled upon this gem. Not only was it conveniently closer to our destination in St. Petersburg, but we were also hoping they had availability. I reached out to Isaac through VRBO, explained our predicament, and he didn't hesitate to approve our stay and ensure that the property would be ready for us. The house itself is absolutely stunning! It was impeccably clean, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. We even had the chance to unwind by the pool and share a glass of wine together. I wholeheartedly recommend renting from Isaac. He proved to be an exceptional host with a generous heart, coming to the rescue of three ladies who were embarking on a life-changing class and much-needed mini vacation. Thanks to Isaac, our stay was stress-free, and he played a significant role in making our trip memorable.

Relaxation
The house was great. The host was amazing. He was extremely quick with response times and last minute booking process. The house was more than spacious for me and my family to relax. The privacy of the yard was nice too. My young daughter loved the "beach" in the backyard. She couldn't get enough of the pool. Although, i wish the pool would have been a little more maintained, it was overall a great stay. I'd book this location again.

Nice update house
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The upgraded basketball hoop was an amazing surprise and we used it quite a bit. The pool was nice, but could use a little love, but didn't stop us from using it every day we were there! Was nice to have pots/pans/dishes/spices. Would have loved to have minimal cleaning stuff. With 3 kids and a week stay, we bought stuff to help clean up after the mess. Beds were really comfortable. Bunk bed can be a bit noisy, but didn't bother my boys too much. The freeway was expected and we were happy for the noise machine that was provided in the master.

Great Family Home
This home is equipped for any family to truly enjoy their stay, everything from the pool, fire pit, and games. I have read other reviews complaining about the location being next to the interstate. Honestly, it did not affect our quality of sleep at all. The owner is quick to respond to any questions you may have.

We had a wonderful time, 15 minutes to all the beaches!! The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The pool was crystal clear and very cold but nice! Was great for our family and dog!! The owner is wonderful, very accommodating and easy to get ahold of! Wonderful time had by all!!

Clean , Private , spacious , centrally located
I stayed at this property for a week or two while looking for a new house. Check in process was smooth and the host was always very quick to get back to me and answer any questions I had. There was plenty of room in the backyard for my dog to play , and the pool was in perfect working condition. The backyard beach / pool area is very relaxing. Neighborhood was pretty quiet and very centrally located , right next to 275 and us 19. There was a little bit of noise due to the interstate , but it was definitely not overwhelming. The place was very neat and clean. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Going to be staying here again when I need a local getaway.
