Picked this resort by chance and I’m happy that I did. It’s clean, the room was more than adequate and quiet. I should have opted for sea views but was satisfied at the back of the hotel watching the sun go down every evening. There are plenty of restaurants within a ten minute walk or less and the bus stop is outside the hotel and just across the street. Overal a relaxing stay.

Definitely will NOT be returning to this hotel, the staff were borderline racist and rude, the rooms were substandard and unkept, the rules are completely nonsensical, they did NOT provide any of the requests we made before leaving, they put us in the wrong type of room, staff are very slow to respond to necessities, I could go on for hours of how disappointed we were with this stay, if I had not already pre-paid my stay I would’ve left and booked another hotel. I definitely do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Apart from the common areas being somewhat presentable, the entire rest of the hotel feels like it’s falling apart, I felt like the lifts would give in at any moment. The food is terrible. Staff are not friendly and have to be chased after multiple times to complete simple request such as toilet paper or towels. They also find a way to charge for every little thing. All in all, a complete waste of money and time and a HUGE regret for me personally.

Brilliant value for money. Not your usual chips and nuggets all inclusive. Excellent choice of quality meals at all times. Great drinks selections. Friendly staff. Rooms are lovely and clean. Overall a surprisingly excellent hotel considering the reasonable price through Expedia.

Wonderful location, great restaurants, good fitness center and they upgraded our room without being asked. They need a business center, however front end staff were very accommodating to our needs. several pools to chose from. The property is undergoing a facelift but the construction noise and trash is kept to a minimum.
