Location, location, location plus all the wonderful, friendly people that worked everywhere here. There was absolutely nothing to be disappointed by. We made a reservation for next year before we left. That should say it all.

Pompano was an absolutely amazing experience. Not only was the property one in a million but the staff was above top notch! I’m a pilot and travel frequently to many destinations. We were “stuck” in Bermuda for a week and had the best time! The food was great too. I would recommend to friends and family and I will definitely be going back.

The hotel is beautiful! The grounds are well maintained, the pool area is spacious, with gorgeous views of the water, and 3 jacuzzis. The restaurant areas are lovely. There isn't a bad view in the resort, expansive windows in the dining rooms with views of the ocean. There's a game room, a workout room, and a spa. Lots of steps to climb - no elevator - so be prepared to get a mini-workout!

The property is directly on the beach. You have personal attention. The facilities were clean. The staff is friendly, warm and welcoming. The managers are on the property on a daily basis. The food was very good. I recommend getting the meal plan. McCal, George and Lynn were excellent. I felt safe and secure. The room just needed updating.

The beach here is lovely and quiet. Overall, we were surprised at how great the food and staff were. They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We've stayed in many places in Bermuda but we will definitely be coming back to Pompano!

This hotel was right on the beach, and the staff was OUTSTANDING! We arrived late (after 10 pm), and we were certain that we would have to go to bed hungry. They took care of us by delivering sandwiches and other goodies right to our rooms.
