Front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful with any concerns or just helping to get around. The rooms were very clean and spacious as were the hallways. Breakfast was good and the eating area was clean and kept up. Lots of parking and hotel was within walking distance of shops or close enough to drive to other mall areas. I would stay here again if ever in the area.

We love The Grand! It’s location (close to shopping, grocery store, and our friends & family). We also appreciate the amazing breakfast. It has something for everyone. This time we used the swimming pool and hot tub w/our granddaughter. It was perfect!
